Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and prepare for shipment.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following information carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be returned within 15 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings (Bumbumz, Cuddle Barn, Squishables, SQUISHMALLOWS, Warmies), all products are eligible for return or exchange unless they are:
- Damaged due to customer misuse.
- Personalized or customized items.

Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure all necessary information is included.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us if the exchange is due to an error on our part.
